Acceptable for very low standards and price Positive: The view of the sea was very nice. The owner picked us up from city center. The huge TV and couch in the living room made for some great movie nights. The air conditioners were strong and cooled down the whole house significantly. Negative: The position was really really bad if you don't have a car: it's a huge sweaty 30min hike alongside a busy road without sidewalk every time you come back from the city/beach. The kitchen was really really dirty: nothing usable was clean, we found a cockroach in the utensils drawer. The house was really really old and broken: the dishwasher did not work, the microwave oven started catching on fire as soon as we used it, the water kettle was really disgusting, the toilet was not even fixed to the floor and had a reflux of sewage gases (every time we used it the whole room started smelling of excrement and we had to close the bathroom door to the bedroom to let the air out the window for 30 minutes and clean the bathroom), all of the bathroom towel holders were not properly fixed to the walls, the shower head itself stopped working for a day (fixed it myself by fiddling with the gears for 30 minutes), the bedroom's AC unit remote did not work (owner twisted the batteries to give it 5 minutes of battery life, enough to turn it on and never turn it off, and then said it needed new batteries, without ever replacing them), the AC unit's exhaust tube spit out water directly into the balcony (flooding part of it, until the last evening when after 5 days the owner came with a bucket to catch the water and then by morning it was full and flooding again), the entire courtyard was totally abandoned and in ruins (completely dirty and not pleasant to chill anywhere outside of the house), some window anti-mosquito nets were broken and could not be properly opened/closed, the advertised jacuzzi/pool was closed and unusable. Fr.press bit broken. It is clear that the house needed some DEEP cleaning (both inside and outside), and that it still needs some serious repairs before it can be considered fit for tourists. It should not be displayed on Booking.

Negative: Il bagno (era una lavanderia di servizio) esterno alla camera al piano inferiore

Delusione Positive: Pulizia Negative: Il bagno è separato dalla camera (bagno al piano terra e camera al primo piano). Questo fondamentale dettagliato non era esplicitato tra le informazioni al momento della prenotazione. Le foto della camera e del bagno associate alla camera prenotata non corrispondono alla situazione reale. Il bagno che ci è stato assegnato è un bagno di servizio, posto nella zona soggiorno (in comune con tutti gli ospiti). Inoltre, abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda in mancanza di acqua calda. Con noi viaggiava anche un cane (abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché accetta gli animali) la cui gestione non è stata facile sia per il bagno posto lontano dalla camera in zona condivisa che per i rumori, schiamazzi, voci e risate provenienti dall' appartamento posto al secondo piano in orario notturno ( oltre le 1:30).

Positive: Tutto. La struttura eccellente il signor Giuseppe persona spettacolare ci ritorneremo quanto prima.

Positive: Struttura silenziosa inserita in punto collinare vicinissimo al mare e con vista mare e vista spettacolare del golfo, con terrazzamenti fra il verde e sotto gli alberi.Ventilazione buona, ma presenti validi climatizzatori sia in camera ( grande e con bagno privato, due terrazze vista mare) che nell'ampia cucina-sala di uso comune. Presente ogni tipo di elettrodomestico dalla macchina caffe a cialde ( in dotazione, assieme a colazione ampia) a frigo/surgelatore ampio. Suppellettili di cucina complete.Parcheggio interno. Proprietà ospitale, gentilissima e disponibile a eventuali richieste.Il tutto vicinissimo alla zona centrale.
