Exceptional staff, exceptional room.
Positive: The staff was superb. Nice, helpful, quick. There was a basic breakfast in the room even though breakfast wasn't actually included. Also I requested a later checkout due to health reasons and they had no issue allowing me. Further, the "backside washer" next to the toilet seat is absolutely brilliant.
Negative: The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable but that might just be personal preference. But the issue was the air conditioning. I was told I couldn't touch it by a staff member at check in, whereas at checkout, other staff told me that I could absolutely change the settings.
