Dirty, smelly and disgusting
Negative: The room was dirty, with a smelly pillow, trash on the floor, and with the overall condition not matching the description. The pictures showed a clean and polished room, but in reality it was in poor condition.
I tried to resolve the issue by requesting a different room, but I did not receive any response. It was late at night, so I had no other options, and I had to sleep dressed in the room.
