Good location but apartment needs updating Positive: Location close to town Washing Machine Dishwasher Big bathroom Negative: No vent or fans or window in bathroom Old power points didn’t fit my adapter Couldn’t plug in lamps and air conditioning at same time Stains on towels, toilet stains Poor air conditioning - None in 1 bedroom Not told apartment in ZTL zone and we drove in and got fined by camera - host should have advised us as I asked if there was parking when booking

Lovely place Positive: Nice apartment in a secure building with very friendly neighbors. All amenities were perfect. We didn’t miss anything and felt very comfortable. The check in was super easy and the lady was very friendly! Would definitely come again!

Positive: I travel frequently, and this was one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to communication with a host. The apartment owner and her team were exceptionally accommodating, kind, and always available. We probably asked a bit more of them than most guests would, but they answered every question we had and did everything they could to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. I can't thank Lucia and the Ruralis team enough for their outstanding hospitality. As for the apartment itself, it was spotless, well-maintained, and located on a quiet street right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again!
